On Monday of last week, I began a new part of my personal health and fitness journey. I started the new 21 Day Fix Extreme program! The original 21 Day Fix was the program I used to lose my last few pounds and hit my goal weight a few months ago. Now that I’ve let some of that weight return, I find myself needing some kind of tool to help me regain the strength, endurance, and BMI I once had. Is it working? You’ll have to wait for the Day 8 video for any results report. However, I can say I am loving this program so far!
